Mariusz Andreczko is responsible for FoodWell’s finance function, supporting business decision-making and the company’s long-term growth. As Vice President of the Management Board, he oversees key financial processes and risk management. He is currently also serving as Acting CEO, ensuring business continuity and effective collaboration between teams in achieving the company’s objectives.
Katarzyna Szumigaj–Rudnik is responsible for human capital management and business transformation, developing HR strategy and shaping an organizational culture that supports change and company growth. She has many years of corporate experience in HR management and business transformation in an international environment, as well as experience as an advisor and HR practice leader in the local market. In her work, she focuses on building a work environment driven by goals, structured by processes, and grounded in values. She believes that an effective, value-creating HR function should be deeply rooted in business strategy while remaining in continuous dialogue and symbiosis with the external environment.
