Monzer Elabrashy is an experienced leader with a 30-year career. He began his journey at Henkel and later spent 15 years at Coca-Cola, holding roles in sales, marketing, and general management across countries like Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Norway. Following this, Monzer worked at Red Bull for three years, overseeing Eastern European and Asian market expansion. He then achieved significant success over five years as the President and Chairman of the Board at CEDC. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Juul Labs, where he was responsible for brand development in the EMEA region. In August 2023, Monzer joined FoodWell as CEO, and as of January 1, 2024, he serves as President of the Management Board.
A manager with over 23 years of experience in corporate financial management, including the last 16 years in senior executive positions within company boards and regional structures. He gained his expertise in international global organizations (Baxter, ABB, Nestlé, AstraZeneca) at both national and global levels, serving as Finance Director in Russia, the European Region, Turkey, and South Africa.
He also has extensive experience managing the finances of Private Equity portfolio companies and owner-managed businesses (Trec Nutrition, Oshee).
Since 2020, he has been with FoodWell, serving as Vice President of the Management Board.
As a business co-pilot, he focuses on building company value by developing and implementing business and financial strategies, ensuring funding sources for company expansion, and managing risks effectively.
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), an international organization uniting professionals in corporate financial management.
He began his professional career in 1996 at the BOLS facility in Oborniki Wielkopolskie. After several internal promotions in the warehousing, procurement, and planning departments, he became Logistics Director at the BOLS facility in Oborniki in 2012.
Following the merger of BOLS in Oborniki, Polmos in Białystok, and Carey Agri in Warsaw to form CEDC, he received further development opportunities.
In 2015, he was promoted to the role of Supply Chain Director for all CEDC locations, where he achieved significant milestones, including the creation of a Central Shared Services Department and logistics cost optimization through the establishment of buffer warehouses and cross-dock facilities for distribution.
In 2016, following the centralization of competencies, he was appointed Director of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Development at CEDC, leading to improved customer service and supply chain performance, significant cost optimization, and enhanced quality standards for both direct and indirect procurement.
From September 1, 2018, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at CEDC, responsible for:
Two production plants (production, capital investments, maintenance, and quality control)
Central procurement (COGS/direct, indirect, fleet, utilities)
Supply chain (planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service)
Quality (quality control, laboratories, R&D, technology)
Sustainability (quality assurance, environment, health and safety, LEAN/continuous improvement)
Security (physical security and access control).
In October 2022, he accepted an offer from RODOWITA Z ROZTOCZA, where he had a direct impact not only on operational cost optimization but also on the development of a distribution model for the organization in Poland.
In October 2023, he joined the Management Board of FoodWell, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Adam is a professional and competent individual, ensuring the sustainable development of QSDCM areas (Quality, Safety, Delivery, Cost, Motivation). He is results-oriented, focused on achieving KPI-driven objectives through cross-functional collaboration, particularly supporting sales. He constantly seeks solutions and new opportunities to ensure business continuity.
