Mariusz Andreczko is responsible for the financial area of FoodWell, ensuring that decisions made within the organization protect and build its long-term value. As Vice President of the Management Board, he oversees key financial processes and risk management, providing stability, transparency, and quick access to essential analyses that support business operations. He believes that the true strength of a company lies in its people and teams, and that the role of finance is to enhance their potential through partnership-based collaboration and responsible support of growth in the dynamic FMCG environment.
Katarzyna Szumigaj–Rudnik is responsible for human capital management and business transformation, developing HR strategy and shaping an organizational culture that supports change and company growth. She has many years of corporate experience in HR management and business transformation in an international environment, as well as experience as an advisor and HR practice leader in the local market. In her work, she focuses on building a work environment driven by goals, structured by processes, and grounded in values. She believes that an effective, value-creating HR function should be deeply rooted in business strategy while remaining in continuous dialogue and symbiosis with the external environment.
